Perfect addition to new townhome.

Having our entrance on a non living floor this is a must have. Allows us to make contact with who's at the door prior to heading downstairs. Great way for when we are not home to allow us to monitor the front door.

I thought it was good for a week and then the so called special battery that comes with it - does in a week of use- Not worth it… Better off getting a wired one- and the brand name sucks too. Get the hard wired version

I thought it would be like my friend’s—she has the hardwired version. It senses people approaching the door and “turns on” so you can see a lighted ri g around the doorbell and know you are being recorded. This does not, or I haven’t set it up properly. I have to open the app from my phone and it takes a bit of time to connect to the internet. By then if someone takes a package they are long gone. Thats why I got this doorbell—to check on/prevent package theft.
