Door bell will not chime with household chime. Customer support called but no help. They don’t care weather it works or not

This system is absolutely junk. You get a 30 day trial (long after best buys 15 day return policy) and after that all the cameras and devices are absolutely worthless unless you pay an extra 100$ a year on top of that or it won't record anything. It's absolutely junk.

Not worth the money! We were told there was no monthly fee for this, wrong! It is very hard to rate something that doesn't work the way we were told.

Before Blink, I thought there was only one brand of video doorbell for me. With this new doorbell from Blink, my opinion has changed. Why Blink? • You can choose whether to use wired installation or unwired installation. If you choose wired, you can easily install it to replace a currently wired device. (Be sure to shut off the electricity to the device first.) If you choose unwired, as I did, you can put the Blink anywhere you want. • Set up and activation is a snap, almost done in a “blink.” Download the Blink app (If you already have the Blink app, be sure to download the recently updated version.) and follow the simple instructions. I got the update, followed the steps in the app; and, within about 5 minutes, the doorbell was linked to the Sync module, linked to my mesh Wi-Fi, paired with Alexa, and ready to use. • The Sync module (an optional item included with this packaging) is not necessary for the doorbell to work. However, having the Sync increases functionality. One example being it can serve as the indoor chime. Also, the Sync is highly recommended for non-wired use, because it can help increase the usage life of the batteries (up to 2 years projected). Importantly, up to 10 Blink cameras can be linked via the Sync, so you are set up for expansion. • When the doorbell is rung, you can see who is there via Alexa or your phone and communicate with them via two-way audio. HD Live View and video quality are good day or night. • With Blink there is no required subscription plan for operation. With a subscription plan, you are able record photos/videos • The icing on this delicious cake is you can have it all for well under $100. Stick with ring or other brands. The quality of the camera is horrible. It also would not allow me to watch a live view of my doorbell

Horrible Super delayed the plastic on the back snapped almost immediately just changing the battery camera fails almost a dozen times a day even had a suspicion I was hacked when all my setting were changed and then suddenly offline to back online and glitchy

failed to connect with Alexa had to get blink camera for door chime.

Ridiculous. You can't really record to a thumb drive without a subscription. I had to plug it into a computer, and it worked a third of the time and had to unplug several times. Waste of money!!!!!!

No chime. Alert has just single tone for iPhone. They should provide double side to fix on wall but you have to buy separately.

Absolutely terrible I had to worst experience with this blink camera I originally purchased it because it was cheaper than ring but you get what you pay for.. ended up taking it back and getting a ring camera doorbell

The reason for lower rating is because the backplate will not lock, I spoke with the support guys and they do realize it is an issue, Anyone can just plug it out easily and steal it. Otherwise the functionality is fine.

Cant get product to sync or connect. Blink WiFi says improper password. Customer care is a joke. Have numerous other Blink products and installed within minutes, this one is a joke.

Dont like it, video keeps turning off, im goin back yo the NEST camera
