    Was not functioning properly when initially bought it but after the app or firmware update it worked perfect. I think it was the app update

    Overall quality is good but a bit of an issue installing. It doesn’t snap in nicely with the base it comes with. Tried few times but doesn’t seem to click in. I’ve installed dozens if not hundreds of Ring doorbells for work so I thought this would be peace of cake but I think it’s just not as built as good.

    Work as described. I installed mine wired with the existing conventional doorbell system. I just directly replaced the old push button and this blink doorbell rang my mechanical chime and my phone. The thing that I wish be improved is the vertical view angle of the camera. The delivered packages near the door can't be seen by the camera
