    Bling doorbell stopped working after 2 months, sensor was poor quality and never notified my family and I if someone was at the door. I purchased two small wired video cameras and their sensors are great, the sound is horrible. The Blink app is slow and expensive for the poor quality service. I’m throwing these products away going to purchase the Nest door bell/home security cameras and thermostats. Hope you found this helpful.

      Hello Emmy, thank you for taking time to provide feedback on the Blink Video Doorbell. I am sorry that you had such a poor experience with this device. Here is some troubleshooting for testing motion sensitivity that may be of assistance in the future should anyone else have this come up. Tap More on your camera's thumbnail and select Device Settings .
      Select Motion Settings.
      On Motion Sensitivity, move the slider two or three increments to the left for a lower numeric setting. Tap Save to save this setting and walk out of the frame of view of this camera.
      From the main screen of the Blink app, set your system to Armed to enable Motion Detection.
      Test the camera sensitivity by introducing movement.
      If the sensitivity is not successful, reduce the slider more, save, and try again.
      If you have adjusted the sensitivity to your liking, proceed to test with a larger moving object, such as yourself. Walk in front of your camera and check to see if the setting gives the desired motion alert. Thanks again and have a great day! AmazonDevices

    Amazon suckers you in and then charges you to see videos stored starts from 3 or 10 a month they give it for almost nothing but buy time you finish paying you paid for it 5 times over

    Sine i purchased the doorbell, it has stopped working twice. Each time the app was not able to locate the device. I have had it replaced once already.

    Flimsy poorly designed in that it won’t hang right. Limited scope. Go with a ring or nest if you can. I’ll keep mine for now. We shall see how long the non-rechargeable batteries last.

    The low sale price and option for local video storage was an attractive option. Setup was easy but the video display was too slow to appear once the doorbell had been pressed.

    I purchased this camera and sync module, and having issues with the local storage clips. I could not view and and have to contact support time and again. Battery also drains very quick even if motion sensor is adjusted.
