But you do need that sync module if this is your first one. It has come in handy a lot of times .

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had planned on upgrading my RING but decided to try BLINK as the videos looked a lot clearer plus you can view the camera through Alexa on your smart tv. While all of that is good, the notifications and Live video are not. It takes a solid minute to view someone at the door to talk to them.. by that time they are already gone! I work from home so this is a very important feature to me.

I am sorry to hear about the experience you are having with the device and have some recommendations to try and help. First, I recommend checking your Wi-Fi and Sync Module signal strength. Cameras should maintain a 3-bar signal strength to the Sync Module and Wi-Fi network. I also recommend that if you're using batteries, you ensure they have enough charge or replace them with a fresh set. Old or low batteries can significantly impact performance. If you have a lot of foot traffic the batteries die pretty fast. Picture quality is just ok. For the price it is an acceptable purchase.
