    Expensive app required and cheap bracket arrangement breaks super easily. Intruder could easily snap it plumb in two with one hand . Spend the other twenty bucks and buy a real ring doorbell . The 2nd star is only thanks to Best Buy being great about the return

    Can’t access recordings unless you purchase a subscription, cheapest subscription only for one device. Not worth the price either.

    I bought the floodlight, the pan-tilt camera & the doorbell camera. Cannot get the doorbell to work properly. The other two work perfectly fine

    Make sure you really do your research. Had mine for a month or so and it still doesn't connect. By trying to connect my Xfinity aswel my phone does not work properly anymore. Extremely disappointed.

    Avoid. Battery last couple days. Its a lie a Battery last up to 6 months. I bought several batteries. Energyzer, Kirkland, last only few days. I just bought a rechargeable batteries or I'll die spending batteries every week
