We got this for my in-laws house as a gift. The video is not bad, butthere is about 10-15 seconds delay in live feed which to me is very annoying, I wouldn’t recommend this, but i mean, you get what you pay for.

This was a bad product when i connect it keep on disconnecting do not buy this product

Good camera and doorbell quality but don’t like Blink monopoly in limiting live viewing when I already have the sync module 2. Blink want you to have monthly subscription. Really Sucks!

Us. Local storage stopped working and will not record. Many hours on help dear with Blink and my Internet Provider with zero results. It stopped working about a week ago and nobody can help me solve this. I believe this is defective model and will not record Clips of video.

The materials are junk. Easily breaks. As far as the software goes it's faster than the Google Doorbell. Picture quality is fine. But my housing is being held up by tape rights now.

Today we are are returning the video doorbell. After about 14 days in which we tried everything but never got it to work properly. The initial module was replaced by Blink but we still experienced the same problems with sensitivity and responsiveness. Very disappointed.

Setup was time consuming. Problems storing clips to sync2 usb storage. Cust service suggested buying or trying other usb storage, since some may not work well. Cust service also said that w/o a subscription there have been issues of failed clip storage to usb drive….they implied a bug in firmware Battery life diminishes quickly in colder weather and frequent motion events IR video is bare acceptable. If you turn up IR to max, the battery drains faster Returned item. Don’t waste your time and money

First, if you have inquisitive Beagle this is a fun Gadget! Good laugh as my pup was standing listening to and barking at the Blink Doorbell. Took him all of three minutes to figure out I was speaking into my phone. The Blink Doorbell with Module 2 is impressive with its simplicity of installing and setting up the wide range of options the product offers. This is my first high tech doorbell/camera system and was sold immediately at going techie at the front door. Obvious Highlights are the Camera with Video and Photo Capture, Two-Way Audio all of which functions flawlessly. The system can be installed wired or wireless, I opted for the wireless mode over Wi-Fi for convenience. Setting up the wi-fi worked right out of the box without having to coax the system into connecting. Like that. HD Video and photos are clear with excellent two-way audio. Good stuff. Like that the app supports Biometric Authentication, makes app usage so much easier than passwords. Doorbell chime is a disappointment when connected wirelessly, it is quite audible and clear outside but barely discernable indoors at my home as it is not wired to an indoor chime. When watching TV, being in other rooms or talking the chime is too low. Wide-Range of Options: 1. Scheduling 2. Motion detection on or off 3. Ability to save to Local Storage Having outdoor security devices in a cold to hot environment have found that operating range is important, and the Blink Doorbell does well for my area with a range of -4º F to 113º F. Being my first doorbell camera/audio system have found that it is an exceptional system and I value the extra level of security the Blink provides my family.

Horrible doorbell, i thought since i was buying an amazon product it would work flawlessly and it didn't , set up was easy and that's where the fun ended. Useless service even the paid tier.

Doesn't work well. Camera, very slow to respond. Module is useless and doesn't work often and have to reset often. I went back to Ring.

Waste of money. Indoor Bell not included your phone has to be with you to know if someone press the bell. You only get the information on your phone

I bought this to replace my ring and ended up returning it because you can't invite family members to view as well. You have to use 1 account. So if one is viewing another can't. It will knock one person out of the viewing of videos

Would not capture motion well and the video quality wasn't great.

I cannot hear the doorbell from upstairs unless my phone or watch is near. This I do not like because I forget to keep them near. My customers are saying I’m not home. That’s my only rebuttal.

These miss a ton of motion , stop recording during motion , die super fast, have a crazy long lag before it records motion. My advise spend the money and buy ring
