Very nice camera system I just dislike having to subscribe for service for $100

Does not work as expected with wired option tonpower system. Only working with batteries. The power transformer requirements are vague and do not align with what is mentioned as required in the app and the website. No way to mark multiple new videos as :iewed, only option for this is to view one by one or delete to remove the notification count. Lost of features when not paying a subscription. The plate that sits between the wall and the camera seems very flimpsy and suspect the latch will break when removed overtime. Would not recomend thia product for wired and local storage only option.

Save the time and money and avoid blink, they offer cheaply priced camera and etc. However they monthly premium is a lot higher then most.

If I could give a zero I would. Requires $100 a year fee to see the video clips from the camera after the first 30 days. Cannot be returned after 30 days. Bought it as a gift for a family member that wanted a security camera without the security company monitoring or fees.

Goes out of sync all the time. battery life is horrible sounds like a robot when you talk and puerile can't understand what you're saying.

I'm returning this item, I tried to setup it several times but it did not work. I also called support, we tried again did not work neither. I get an error message every time; " wrong password" of my WiFi, but is not. I'm disappointed with the purchase of this item.

I think this could be a great device, but the design is horrible. I was unable to get it to latch to it's own backplate. After getting everything screwed in. It really wasn't work it.

Was working okay at first. What I dislike is the motion detector is poor. I set the motion detector to attempt to catch movement outside my gate and it doesn’t work. I’ve walked outside my door and had it not record my movement. It was installed poorly and it’s become loose. Installer said we may want to upgrade our wifi which we did and there’s no difference. Wish I thoroughly checked out other options.

Works nicely but video clips are shorter than needed. Slow to enteract. Motion sensor hotnor miss.

I had return it, when you see live video there is disturbing noise comes with it and after the free trial ends the camera stop record and save even if it comes with the sync module 2 and I had to buy usb memory and plugged it in. It keeps saying subscribe to blink to save video. I contacted customer support, they are useless saying it’s because we have a problem to our end to reset the system, so I had to return it.

niece loves her doorbell it lets her see who is outside her room and if she wants to let them in depending on if she is feeling overwhelmed paired it with a smart lock for room access control.

Camera overall is great, but I don't want to pay for a service in order to use it which makes it worthless now.

It works until the power flickers, WIFI reboots, or any other electronic interruptions occur. The sync and devices will not reset back to the original security install. You have to be present and reset every device again. Waste of money do not buy.

I haven’t tried another to compare it to but the sync modular did not work for me to connect the other cameras

Purchased this with the sync module 2 while on sale for $59. This is a true testament as to you get what you pay for. Initial setup was simple. After a couple of days it disconnected from wifi. I tried everything to reconnect no luck. Called blink and somehow the rep clicked a few keys and magically I was able to set it up again. Few days later another disconnect. Tried reconnecting on my own no luck. Put it back in the box returned it and got the Arlo wire free. So much better.

It is an okay product, the clarity could be improved. Kind of a knockoff of the Ring, but works as advertised.

The sync module goes down at least once per day, doesn't come back on until it's unplugged and plugged back in.

Thing is a heap of trash. Free trial for basic features then it’s $30 a year for just a doorbell. An extra $30 for cameras after the free trial. Wouldn’t complain too much if the thing actually worked… never connects to any internet after trying all troubleshooting, clipping isn’t “clips” it’s just a time lapse and it can clip nothing at all sometimes and miss something like a delivery.

Worked for a few months, then wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Steer clear, multiple friends had same issue.

Owned this less than 1 month. Had to reinstall 4 times so far.
