Sine i purchased the doorbell, it has stopped working twice. Each time the app was not able to locate the device. I have had it replaced once already.

Doorbell camera and added available accessories work well together; very easy to set up, even for the person who is technologically challenged.

Bling doorbell stopped working after 2 months, sensor was poor quality and never notified my family and I if someone was at the door. I purchased two small wired video cameras and their sensors are great, the sound is horrible. The Blink app is slow and expensive for the poor quality service. I’m throwing these products away going to purchase the Nest door bell/home security cameras and thermostats. Hope you found this helpful.

Functionality is good but I have a dark entrance and the blue ring led around the doorbell button only lights up when the doorbell button is pressed. Totally useless as when dark can’t see it to press it. It does not light up when motion is detected in either the wired or non wired config. Really bad design and confirmed by Blink customer support. Do not buy this if it is to be used in a dark place

I only bought this cause i had a blink camera and didnt know I needed that receiver devise tonuse my blink camera. The doorbell cam is just sitting in the box.

Sync Module was defective was sent replacement from Blink. Then found that hardware was missing again Blink corrected issue. Took weeks and a lot of my time to resolve issues and get things installed.

Difficult to connect and the picture quality and coverage is no good

I purchased this camera and sync module, and having issues with the local storage clips. I could not view and and have to contact support time and again. Battery also drains very quick even if motion sensor is adjusted.

Good for the Price but video is not that Great but not bad either

Wanted a door bell wasn’t too sure on a ring I didn’t want to sign up for nothing extra so I went with this door bell so far so good.

Zero rating. I paid $99.99 for installation on 5-10-22, a week and six days after purchase. My doorbell cost $84.98. I liked the wider 180 degree peephole coverage but that disappeared, I don't know when. I stopped using the peephole and I didn't sign up for monthly video recording because I didn't like the app. I have a lot of package deliveries so I liked the app that made my cell phone chime when the doorbell was pushed. That quit working over a few months ago. While using the 30-day video recording app, I was frustrated at what little it offered. The video play speed was too fast and it wasn't easy to replay or backup to watch again. The app on my iphone XR had way too small a picture to get a good look at anything or anyone that was moving outside my front door. Also, even after I put a sign next to the doorbell asking people to push the button, they rarely did. I couldn't mount the doorbell on my metal door so it was installed on the wooden door frame. Everything it is supposed to do died. I'm never going to buy anything like this again until the technology improves. It is all too expensive and time-consuming.

Hadn’t realized that there is no continuous recording with the Blink doorbell. I missed my window to return it. The quality is ok.

Video quality is fine. Alerts to phone are a little delayed, but expected. Easy hardwired install when following instructions.

Good beginning set up but not to many features and motion sensing is not the best.

Quality doorbell camera. Easy installation! If your not tied into another brand of cameras this is well worth the investment

It’s good but having to pay for the videos to be saved on your app sucks that’s why i have it 3 stars.

Just being honest. This is not a good product and i actually returned it. HoW to instruction is not good for dumb people like me . And confusing connectivity makes me crazy!!

This product is the worst. Setup was easy, however. Nothing else about this doorbell works as the way described on the website and overall performance is lacking to say the least. I wish i could return and get my hard earned money back. Will never purchase a Bling product again.

I personally prefer the ring because of all the features.

Wasn't horrible, but didn't do what i needed. Returned.
