Pros: Camera has good optics, videos are clear and cover wide area of view. Works wired to existing doorbell with wi-fi to either cloud or flash drive in sync module (purchase with doorbell). Two way audio is clear and sounds good. Cons: No installation directions in box. Didn't find until downloaded app to phone. Install directions are on APP! Install directions do NOT tell you clearly that you have to PUSH DOWN on the cover (last step in installing doorbell to house) to get it to close, Common sense tells you that it should snap close when you swing the top down to the bottom of the cover. NOPE. You have to PUSH down, then it will. I wasted about an hour trying to get it to snap closed, then FINALLY saw this in the video on utube! LOVE the doorbell, and added it to my existing blink cameras without a problem. I do wish that there was a better notification that someone is in the camera view as i don't see or hear a notification until I check the app. Would like to see a louder, quicker way to be notified. If you have an existing Blink system with sync module, you do not need another module. Just add the doorbell to your existing system. Easy Peasy!

Very easy to install. I liked that it works with existing chime and you don’t need to buy separate chime like other brands. Video very clear and audio is great too. Good doorbell for the price

I have these in my Texas home and they work great. I decided to use them in our Pennsylvania home. These are very easy to set with the App and easy to install. No wires to install makes it very easy to put them where you want to. They are a great way to monitor your home.

Product lasted a couple years. I decided to upgrade in 2025 and kept the sync module - it’s been working great!

Great product, I have the full security system with 2 cameras and a flood light. Has never ket me down, I used to have the ring but I found it annoying with its sensistiviy depite turining it down. Blink has been a better change of pace and much more affordable as well.

The camera is awesome, its field of view is huge. It reaches from one end of my yard to the other. The doorbell function is great and the setup was simple. Well worth it. One important thing is, you must have the module as that is what gives it internet access. If you have other blink cameras, make sure to add the module to a camera you keep armed all the time, then add the doorbell to that. Works a lot easier that way.

I replaced my doorbell with this blink video doorbell and like that you can see who is at your door and get alerts when not home.

Got this because our original wired doorbell is part of an intercom system that no longer works. The main selling point is that it is battery operated, so no wiring. It installed easily with the template that was enclosed and connecting it to my internet wifi bridge was also simple. Following the directions, it came up on my network with no problems. Download the app and it tells you when someone has rung it. The doorbell, itself has a fairly loud ring, but not load enough to be heard inside with the door shut. The app tells your phone and your watch through a chime and a haptic. Still wish we could hear the bell. On the upside, though, without hearing the doorbell, the dog doesn't get excited and start barking.

I really like this product, it really help me feel secure, the only thing I didn’t like was to change the battery when it die.

Good video quality, very responsive, the app is very user friendly, love the integration with Alexa. Battery life is really good… This was a great choice for the price point.

I have now had this for for 9 months. I would not purchase it again. Despite the claim that it has extremely long battery life, mine died with regular use (if not less than regular) after 6 months. Just now they have died again and my cam is offline again. I have all of the settings on average and don’t get a ton of visitors or deliveries so there’s no reason for them to be dying so quickly. The app leaves a lot to be desired as well - I often get delayed notifications or none at all, and I’ll only notice there was a recorded movement when I check the app manually. When I do get notifications, it is pointless to click on it. The app takes forever to load the video or sometimes just ends in an error, so the whole point of being able to check who is at the door or talk to them is lost. I also have a blink mini for my back deck, which has all of the same issues. Video quality is great during the day, but night vision is awful. You can adjust the sensitivity but it’s still bad. Often I can’t even tell what type of critter came in my yard or why it went off. Finally, the feature for blocking out small areas of where your camera can see does NOT work. It goes off 20-25 times when I let my dogs outside despite the fact I blocked the entire floor of the deck and the bottom half of the door where you would be able to detect them. It’s annoying having to go in and manually clear out all of those videos every day.

Purchased for peace of mind for apartment living. Purchased a mount from amazon to make it apartment friendly. Good camera and easy set up!

No issues with the doorbell camera or module. You have to buy you a USB for storage easy to install I chose to do battery instead of wired. Will purchase a second camera for my other door. Must buy you will not be disappointed.

Love this product. Easy to install. Quality is great. Make sure you have good wifi to run smoothly in the app. Definitely recommend.

Love it had for about 1 years video / sound quality are perfect it’s even perfect when u can add it to your inside cameras they push they button n it rings inside totally worth it. Easy to use fast to install.
