The cameras offer incredible convenience and quality, but the software and app features leave much to be desired. The user interface isn't as intuitive, and the service level pricing feels steep for what’s offered. Overall, I find myself missing my Ring camera's seamless experience. I hope future updates can enhance these aspects!

We got this with cameras so we could see inside our home with pets and outside on our property/front door. Love it so much and couldn’t recommend a better option - love that it connects to Amazon and Alexa

Nice picture, clear sound but it likes to stop working on its own constantly. Its new, the batteries are new etc but it stops recording motion etc on its own. Have to go push the doorbell to re start it. What good is that going to do when im not around or you have no idea its not working until after someone knocks.

Its very good. Lets me see & hear everything. Vert useful when your not home, since youre aware of whats going on in your home

Works really well , super easy to install and got it hooked up to previous doorbell chime. The only thing that the app kinda lags and night vision could be a little better.

This doorbell camera works really well. I had to set up the sensitivity adjustment to get the sensitivity just right. The camera has really good quality and can store videos of anyone coming to the front door. I like that you can expand this with additional cameras. It's easy to see who is at the door during the day or night. This camera works with the Blink app, so you can tell who is at your front door with live video on your phone, and then talk to them even if you are away on vacation. The outside doorbell unit does not require any wiring or external power--just battery power. The module gets plugged into AC power inside the house, and connects to wifi.

Easy to install and set up, good video and audio from doorbell

The video quality is beyond my expectation. The sensor also works perfectly. The app is easy to use. It is nice that I can back up videos on Sync Module 2 without subscribing to its Amazon Cloud service.

I recently installed the Blink Video Doorbell, and overall, it’s been a great addition to my home security setup. The installation was simple — I had it up and running in about 15 minutes. The app walks you through every step, and it connects smoothly to Wi-Fi.

So far works ok but happy with it just don’t like that. I didn’t get it with chargeable batteries.
