I wish the audio was better and the picture is decent. You can also buy USB flash drive so you don’t have to have a monthly subscription for video monitoring.

Works, but needs improvement

Instructions say the doorbell will work wired or on battery. They also state the doorbell will work with your existing wired chime. However, I found this was not the case. It need 16V to power with the wires, and I have 24v at the connection and it still says it will have to work on battery and cannot work wired. Also, while connected to the wires, it constantly sounded my wired chime and would not stop. Camera has good video resolution but will not always catch what is going by as it seems to be delayed in recording when triggered. Overall serves the purpose, but wish it didn't have the issues we have encountered.

Super doorbell

It saves short videos when someone presses the button or merely walks in front of it. To view the videos I use the App to pull them off the Sync module ( which requires a USB device). Very clear videos.
