Ensuring your WiFi signal is strong at the doorbell location
Checking that your Sync Module 2 is positioned optimally between your router and doorbell

The Doorbell System is great but...

The quality is good, the camera is a bit sensitive however the app takes FOREVER to load the "live view". For example, if someone rings the doorbell, you have to wait 3-5 min for a live view and to talk to them. The system is good but app is terrible! They need to improve to make it faster
