Very good " Blink Smart Video Doorbell , We like " Blink doorbell ' It I need , we will buy again.

It work for one month and stop working . Call customer service and they send me a new one.

My Blink sync module software had to be updated before the Doorbell could be seen on the network and work. Expect a 20 minute phone call with Blink customer service, after which you will be pleasantly surprised at how well your cameras and doorbell works!

The Only Bad Thing Is The Subscription. They Should Just Be Free But Limited In Recording

Great quality. I bought front and back door cameras. Im able to save videos for 60 days. Go into depth of sensitivity, length of video and zones for where you can focus for camera to focus.

It works good. It comes in a neat box too. I haven't figured out how it works with my Alexa yet though.

Ok quality. The image is not great. You should have the sync module or it will only save to the cloud. Also if you have more then one device it will only save one at a time. Ok if your on a budget or just need a simple one or two camera system.

So far I love my security cameras but do wish they had the ability to record the entire day.

I recently purchased it, attracted by its affordable price and advertised features, but my experience has been far from satisfactory due to misleading information and unexpected costs. The most frustrating aspect of this purchase was the lack of transparency regarding storage options. The product page mentions both local and cloud storage but fails to clearly state that local storage requires an additional Sync Module 2, which costs an extra $50 if purchased separately. This crucial detail was not mentioned upfront, leading me to believe I could use local storage without further investment. When I discovered this, I felt misled and forced to spend more money than anticipated. If you buy the camera and the Sync Module 2 together, it only costs $70. This pricing structure feels intentionally deceptive, and the lack of clear communication is unacceptable. Overall, my experience with the Blink camera has been disappointing. While the doorbell itself performs adequately, the misleading information about storage options and the unexpected expenses have left a sour taste. I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable home security solution. The company needs to be more transparent about the true costs associated with using their cameras to avoid misleading customers and wasting their money.

Great product for the price. Image is a little hard to see at night but still does what we need
