Battery supplied died within 3 weeks of installation, Duracel batteries only last a couple days at max. It's not even being used that often. Burns through so much double AA batteries it's insane.

It install very easily and it works as described. I really like it.

When I purchase this item I did not read about anything saying that you need a subscription to continue watching your video and saving them I would have never purchased it

its a cheap doorbell nothing special but it does the job

The back didnt fit soni had to call and theybsent me a replacement that fit

Not a great, or particularly user friendly video doorbell. It works ok, but there is extra equipment you need to buy to make certain features work without a subscription. Setup wasnt as easy as it should be, and the app isnt particularly intuitive. I would NOT recommend this to others.

HORRIBLE! Blink customer service is a joke! They keep logging me out of the account, which discontinues the video doorbells.

I added the doorbell to my existing system. It rings outside not inside my home. It is a couple of minutes behind on notification. I had to put my old doorbell back to ring. Geek squad apparently was not an option on this item
