Horrible didn’t work that great hard to navigate and expect you to buy more attachments

The quality of this doorbell is very low and what it decides to record. It jumps and skips or just records nothing at all

I returned this product. I could not get the back plate to fasten back. It was too tight a fit. The doorbell worked fine, but I needed the back plate to help protect it from the weather.

I never leave reviews but this was a horrible customer experience. It shipped and was received over 2 weeks later than promised and arrived defective. Nobody from Best buy could help me. AVOID at all costs.

pretty decent if you want to save & don’t care to get a ring. It was kinda slow so I returned it. I only recommend if you’re living in an apartment.

Stopped working after 3 weeks. Best Buy has 15 day policy and did not replace. Don’t spend your money on this garbage.

This thing had me so mad trying to get it on the mounting plate. I had others try and nobody got it. The workers at Best Buy said they all tried because they keep getting returned

My blink door bell ring is working perfectly. It was connected with mini camera. Very impressed.

The quality and the app is poor and once you disconnect the internet and try’s a new internet the app and the device never syncs together

TERRIBLE!!!!! Do not buy. The audio is super delayed and terrible. I set it up and was immediately in regret. Packaged it up and returned it that same day.

It will not link up with my Wi-Fi for some reason it does not like 5G network I even got the sink module gen 2 And it will not sync with my Wi-Fi

I like the blink video doorbell. Armed with just a little bit of mechanical ability, the doorbell installs easily. Software setup is fairly simple, as well. The video quality is excellent and the sound is the best I've heard on a doorbell. However, while the horizontal field of view is good, I feel the vertical field should be expanded. My doorbell is mounted at standard doorbell height, but I'm unable to see the floor of my porch. I would also like to see the doorbell get its power from typical doorbell wiring. Why it still requires batteries to operate is a mystery. All that being said, at this price point, you just won't find a better video doorbell. Highly recommended.

I already had a number of Blink cameras for outdoor security, so addition of the Blink doorbell was a natural next step. Installation was easy. I downloaded the new Blink app (which the instructions recommend for the doorbell) and then I proceeded to follow the step-by-step instructions via the app to configure the doorbell to work with my home's wired doorbell chime. The app made it easy to specify that I was using the wired chime, and it allowed me to test that the doorbell worked with the chime. It then ran a diagnostic and confimed that the Ring doorbell was compatible with my wired chime. Other than that, it operates with my existing sync module, so it was merely another Blink device to add from that perspective. The doorbell alerts seem timely, the video quality is good (I've set it to "best"), and I like that I can block out areas where I do not want the doorbell to trigger motion alerts. I like it...
