There's a reason it's the cheapest available

Then I'd receive notifications of movement, but couldn't connect to the camera. Couldn't take pictures. Couldn't use live view. Then in the rare occasion it took an image, it would only be the top half with the bottom grayed out. I called support and was told that the unit was too far away from the router. It's about 10 feet away. Then I was told it was my network. IT guy of 20+ years. I know my network. This product is hot garbage.

Very difficult to connect. I will shop around in the future. As far as Best Buy is concerned the help was exceptional and the salesman was knowledgeable.
