Works ok, it doesnt have any smart response to let the visitors know that you are coming or auto responders in it. Also, trying to talk to the visitors via the app is not that great, good part is the video backup to local via sync 2.

this was easy to install and has a great field of view.

Great electronic equipment and works well on door. Helps me to keep monitoring movements that are near my apartment door.

Haven't had any problems with this. First time using a video doorbell.

Its nice to have it recourdeds just fine but it dies every 3 days with rechargable batteries and 6 days with new batteries

Works just like you would expect. Got it on sale. Happy with purchase.

I’m building a new house and have not installed this yet, but anxious to.

Bought do to the fact we had things go missing from by our front door.

Purchase this 1 year ago. Lasted 4 months. Talk to the customer service and they replaced it. The new one they sent out lasted about 5 1/2 months and now that one does not work. Spoke to their customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do. We would have to just buy a new one. They are junk

Great product it was just what i ordered its the best

Giving this one star because negative 4 isn't an option they offer. This was the biggest waste of my hard earned money in the history of my life. Constantly goes offline and needs reset, I've had it six months and have been on the phone w customer service tech support nine times. Of course they barely speak English and don't know how to resolve the issue . Getting a refund on this piece of crap and getting a Ring

Worthless without the subscription. If you choose to use local storage only, be prepared to constantly reboot your sync module, I have many other smart devices and amazingly Blink cameras are the only ones that seem to struggle with “internet issues”. Countless amounts of clips not stored for no reason, no notifications of any connection interruptions. Just a crappy product designed to keep Amazon’s budget friendly doorbell line in tact. I should’ve listened to my gut and bought something a little nicer. Lesson learned. Works with nonissues for 2 days, then issues, then I fix them and it works again, and then it fails again a few days later to save any clips on my local storage.

The video stream is not too good siund is alright but u need to actually be able to see someone outside ur door

Batteries died in 28 days. No where near the “up to 2 years” as stated.

Definitely average. It doesn’t notify me unless someone actually rings the bell

I can’t find a blink chime anywhere it don’t come with one

Does it illuminate at night, mind does NOT….just asking
