It works good but the batteries don’t last more that a month

I really like the doorbell but don't like that you need batteries even when wired.

I tried to get this thing to work properly for months. Hard wiring to my doorbell never worked - no sound. I’m not attached at the hip to my phone so I rarely knew if someone was at the door, though at least the camera worked. Long calls with customer service were no help. Finally I had to replace the batteries and I couldn’t get it back up and running. Another long call with customer service and they determined I needed a new unit so they did send me one but - another long call with customer service - we couldn’t get that one to work either and it took down my home wifi so I had to fix that! I pitched the thing and went out and got another ding-dong doorbell for $5.99. Works beautifully and I actually know if somebody’s at the door now for the first time in nearly a year. Save your money.

Its easy to use and it’s easy to hook up to the alexa. Everything is pretty straight forward

This is a good quality doorbell. It does use batteries very quickly.

It chts in and out, when it wants. But iverall i am happy with my purchase.

Doesnt move. Have to have holder seperate. Id rather place outdoor camera strategicly then get this
