Look for another doorbell camera

The thing I have noticed the most, my usage rate doubled, and the video is useless because police say they can't make positive identification the camera caughtes. I want to return it get my money back.

You can’t see anything in real time sometimes you can’t and sometimes you can’t and it’s very very slow. Somebody covering the doorbell and it doesn’t notify you right away. You have to wait until after they leave to see it the ring  camera is so much better.

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your Blink doorbell. The Blink doorbell can also be used with a sync module if you do not want to sign up for a subscription. The Sync Module allows you to use local storage (like a USB drive or SD card) to store your video clips, which eliminates the need for a subscription. Hope this helps, have a nice day!

It’s very slow when pulling up the video feed. Sometimes it doesnt pull up the video and will sit there loading for many minutes. I’ve had nothing but problems from the start. I called support and they were of no help.

Since the free cloud has expired, the local storage on the usb connected to the sync module requires resetting everyday. It takes way too much of my time to constantly trying to figure out way it has stopped recording. I have gone through three new usb that will not work anymore. Sometimes it will stop working after one clip.

Blink customer recommended battery replacement, which i did but the bell never worked again. Then bestbuy return period expired. Now it is sitting as a junk.
