Looks and feels very cheap. I recently bought a ring doorbell camera to replace my blink camera. I really don’t like it . Very upset I used my Best Buy rewards on this . Ugh

Why on earth the installation process will be so bad. I mounted it in the wall and tried all methods to hook up the device. No Luck. Returned for another , called customer service, Still no luck. The video tutorial shows it is easy peasy but it is not. Agents failed to help. What is the point of getting this if mounting is so painful

Its super sensitive. It brimgs peace of mind to my mom.

Terrible system and doesn't connect easily to a radio style internet system. Multiple tech support calls and system does not have Geofensing in with Arlo does and that is the way I prefer to have it arm and disarm

Not working for video call just can use and get notifications in mobile

does not take local SD as it mentions and is battery operated although hard wired

The camera is in a shaded area so on a sunny day the camera way over exposes the sunny areas to where the video is not viewable. Also with mybother blink cameras I have a motion schedule for just night hours. It doesnt seem I can have a schedulebfor the doorbell that is independent of the others.

I like it pretty well. I wish it had a bigger screen where it could tell you what was wrong with it

The quality of the video is ok but it doesn’t always work.

We couldn’t get the doorbell to snap to the back of doorbell. We tried everything watch numerous videos. It is a design flaw because it wont even snap together without being attached to wall. Cannot returned had it 10 days too long.

The set up was not easy . Ending up going with a ring doorbell instead.

Hasn't work right since I got it. Took it apart and I still couldn't get it to work. I need some help getting this fixed. I only had it about 2 months.

I received one of the older model Blink doorbells !!

Terrible. Worked for one week. Would not recommend it is a waste of money.
