Im able to save videos for 60 days. Go into depth of sensitivity, length of video and zones for where you can focus for camera to focus.

My biggest issue with this camera is the fact that I can't open the live view of the camera on more than one device (three of us use the app when out doing our things and like to check on the camera, but when one person is kn9, no one else can see through the camera...that sucks and is unreliable). Also, camera is slow to load when opening it on the app (all devices are recent models that are fast in connection, etc.). So in overall, i wouldn't recommend unless you're ok with those kind of flaws.....

Posted .Hello MariaB! Thank you so much for providing feedback on your experience with your Blink Video Doorbell! I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with battery life on your doorbell. There are a few things to help troubleshoot this that you can do. First, be sure that you are using only lithium-ion AA batteries and not standard alkaline batteries. Alkaline batteries will drain very quickly in the elements. Next, you can go into the Blink smartphone app and tap the Settings icon in your Doorbell camera feed and then check on a few things here. First, we want to make sure that you have a solid Network Strength. If you have a low signal or it is not green, then your doorbell is working too hard to stay connected to your network. You can try to move your router closer to your doorbell to assist in this or you can purchase a Blink Sync Module. This will allow you to use the Sync Module as a bridge to your router for a better connection and this will also lighten the load on your doorbell batteries nearly doubling the battery life of them. Last, you can check your Motion Settings to ensure that you do not have the Sensitivity set too high, that you do not have the Retrigger Time set too low, or that your Motion Zones are blocking out areas that you do not want monitored to lower the number of times your doorbell is recording motion events.
