So far, it’s is not working properly. It’s not playing the live videos or picking up the motion when someone is at the doorbell.

Bought this for my parents. Don’t waste your money, died after a year. Ended up getting a ring camera

Im a blink fan, so ive been waiting for a sale to snag the door bell! I love how it connects smoothly and even rings in blink minis and other Alexa devices through the house! Plus helps keep an eye on deliveries!

Fell apart. Too flimpsy. Total fail. Only worked for one month the it fell apart.

It works great but if you try to arm it away from home it waits 24 hours unless you push the doorbell button. I don’t understand that.

I thought getting this Blink Security doorbell camera would be a good idea, but I have discovered is the most worthless purchase I have made. The thing I have noticed the most, my usage rate doubled, and the video is useless because police say they can't make positive identification the camera caughtes. I want to return it get my money back.

it’s the worst product out there. You can’t see anything in real time sometimes you can’t and sometimes you can’t and it’s very very slow. Somebody covering the doorbell and it doesn’t notify you right away. You have to wait until after they leave to see it the ring  camera is so much better. 

I have to replace the batteries every other week and I don’t have company to presss and run the battery down!!

This doorbell camera is bery buggy and just feels very cheaply made. It’s very slow when pulling up the video feed. Sometimes it doesnt pull up the video and will sit there loading for many minutes. I’ve had nothing but problems from the start. I called support and they were of no help.

Delay to phone of visual feed. Do not recommend. Returned it and bought a more ecpemsive one from same maker with live feed the extra 40 was well worth it

The video quality was fine but the installation was not user friendly. I returned the door bell and opted for another brand and paid more for quality.

Dont buy it is not good, bought mine in january and its not detecting any motions even when you ring it.

I don’t like this door bell I had an incident occur outside my door while on vacation and it caught nothing .

returned it it. the App is confusing. So many add on devices to work propely. Replces it with ring doorbell which instlled and connected smoothly.

Costs money to do a lot of the features. Returned this for a Gufy brand. They don’t charge monthly fees.

Cannot get the local storage to be stable. Since the free cloud has expired, the local storage on the usb connected to the sync module requires resetting everyday. It takes way too much of my time to constantly trying to figure out way it has stopped recording. I have gone through three new usb that will not work anymore. Sometimes it will stop working after one clip.

The power went down after 1 hour and I replaced it with another new one and got the same issue.
