Last gen fell once and the prong for the battery got bent and had to replace. Unfortunate but lead to buying a better version of the product.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dont really care for it to much and they dont tell you that you have to pay monthly to keep your cloud for your videos and pictures and sometimes when i go to check when i get alerts it will say system busy or error try again later and it alerts you sometimes like a minute after someone been by the camera.

It also has more features and made by the same company. My only complaint is sometimes the live view feature won’t work.
