The hard part is getting intouch with customer service after the free trial to set up service. i feel like i wasted money on a product that I cannot use and no oneis able to assist me in correccting this issue

The clarity, the zoom'ability, the 2-way voice, the movements that it catches, the great sounds, etc etc, is DEFINITELY worth every penny!!! AND I bought it on sale during Black Friday so, it IS great, and super easy to install (at least the battery only way) and connecting it to my Blink system was completely hassle free as well.
