Worked for a week now it won’t reconnect

Customer service is absolutely pointless all they can tell me is reboot my modem when that’s not the issue. I should’ve just bought the google system.

I have to actually be looking at the phone to receive an alert in real time. I have looked at every setting to find a volume or signal of some kind, but to no avail. It will record a video and it does show me who is pushing the button so all is not wasted.
