Disconnecting from the module. I check my internet speed with the test and the speed was great so I’m not sure why it keeps disconnecting. Sound quality on live is horrible. Takes a min to load when it detects motion, but when I do unplug and replying back in it works normal. I’m just over the product. It gets the job done but definitely has issues.

No good setting to make this useful unless you just want a doorbell.

There are a few things you can try to get the doorbell working, checking your internet connection and signal strength between the camera, Sync Module, and Wi-Fi router. Power cycle your devices, then move the camera closer to the Sync Module for a stronger connection. Ensure your Blink app and devices are up-to-date with the latest software versions. Go with a ring or nest if you can. I’ll keep mine for now. We shall see how long the non-rechargeable batteries last.

Setup was easy but the video display was too slow to appear once the doorbell had been pressed.
