I’m still hesitant on this. Setup was easy, even though I’m a 50y/o tech-challenged woman. It worked great for 2 days then I had to restart my modem for an unrelated problem. It was a nightmare getting my doorbell to work again.

Works great. Actually recorded someone trying to break into my house and could show police.

Works quickly our of the box. Easy to install quickly connects to wifi and has great clarity.

So far so good! No complaints. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for something simple and easy to use.

Cloud storage requires a subscription, but this bundle provides you a free 30 day trial period to test drive the cloud features. Although local USB storage of recorded videos is possible with the included Sync Module, this does not support recording live view of the camera (as supported in the free trial period for cloud storage). At least USB local storage supports storage of motion detection videos still.

If you don’t wire the doorbell you can only hear the doorbell at the doorbell which isn’t very useful for you. So you can buy an Amazon echo but you don’t want it in your bedroom because it lights up constantly all night long and watches you. They don’t sell a spare speaker instead you have to buy an indoor camera I don’t need an indoor camera watching me in my bedroom just so I can hear my doorbell when I’m on the second floor with the air conditioning on. Also the doorbell has its limitations and that you can tip it left and right With their included device but you can’t Tip it up and down. So you can’t control for tall people peoples walking up your steps so they are lower than the vision. If you live near a street which most people do every car going bye sets it off and less you block out that section in my case I had to block out all but five out of 25 otherwise it would constantly set off. They have a 5% angle wedge which seems like it would do me no good. The delay is such that the person leaves your house before you get the message they were there. It actually works perfectly except not for the purposes you would’ve bought it. I’m guessing other video doorbells have very similar problems.

Setup was pretty simple. Everything you need is provided, just need a scewdriver and/or power drill. Quality is good for what you pay for

Was a little skeptical since this was much lower cost compared to other video doorbells. However, I am VERY happy with the purchase. Easy to set up and connect to my Alexa.
