Works great, Impressed with night-vision qual

The backplate didn't want to lock in when flush mounted. I had to use the angle bracket to get the mounting plate to click on to the actual doorbell.

There was frequent issues with Sync Module showing me the requested video recording. Wasted my hard earned dollars. Amazon needs to realize by now make long lasting robust gadgets. People don't have money to keep subscribing to your garbage clod service

Only thing is that I keep getting notifications that the USB hub is not working properly. This the alternative option vs the online cloud subscription to store videos.

You can only hear it outside when you ring it. Why would the chime ring outside instead of inside the house. Waste of money and don’t see where I can share it with other family members.

I have to work on that and call the help line, But is great during the day if I am at work and someone is at my door

Scott from Geek squad Install Doorbell and he did a great job. He knew exactly what he was doing and I really appreciated that. He helped me sync it to my phone. Scott is one in 1 million

Slow loading videos, does not save live views, only one person can view at a time, cameras had a lot of feedback noise. I did end up switching these out to another system.
