The build quality does not feel as good as some of the other companies such as Eufy, Arlington or Nest. Field of vision is good but the clarity is not what I expected. Went with the Eufy and have been more than satisfied.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your Blink doorbell. There are a few things you can try to get the doorbell working, checking your internet connection and signal strength between the camera, Sync Module, and Wi-Fi router. Power cycle your devices, then move the camera closer to the Sync Module for a stronger connection. Ensure your Blink app and devices are up-to-date with the latest software versions. If issues persist, consider adjusting motion detection sensitivity or the retrigger time in the app settings. Hope this helps, have a nice day!

Did this several times and it never really worked for me - returned it and bought a different brand. It worked great when it worked. But could not keep it working - had to unhook it up every evening and opened the unit up.

No matter if I moved the router as close as possible to the sync device or the doorbell itself nothing fixed it. Had to remove it and put up a Blink

I want to let you know that with Blink cameras and doorbells, you have the option to use local storage through a USB and the Blink sync module. Plus, you can still get motion alerts, use the live view feature, and enjoy two-way audio without needing a subscription. I hope this info helps, and thanks again for sharing your thoughts!
