For local storage issues, ensure your USB flash drive is properly formatted (FAT32) and securely inserted into the Sync Module 2. The drive should be between 1GB and 256GB for optimal performance. To improve picture quality, check that your doorbell has a strong WiFi connection and try cleaning the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth. You can also adjust video quality settings in the Blink app under your doorbell's camera settings.
