Daytime motion camera is great, but...

Customer service needs some help

Didn't know there is a fee after 30 days of use. ) $3 for one device $10 for multiple devices..Also customer service is not that great. My device went offline and it took hours for me to figure out how to get it back up.. customer service was not available.. told me to leave a voicemail but couldn't because system was down
