Horrible item even worse customer service

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Crap .. didn’t work from day one kept disconnecting.. when I called best buy to return I got attitude from the lady at the Morse rd store who didn’t wanna put a manager on the phone to help me. I told her it’s broke. And in within return time. She said good luck with that. Hear I am 9 months later and still don’t work it’s sitting here in my kitchen drawer.

Works great until it doesnt

Spend about 4 hrs tring to reconnect and still nothing, now im not very happy

Good Video Doorbell
