Works fine but it is a little slow in sending the notice to my phone.

Not worth it. Doesn’t notify with motion detection and not so great camera quality.

turns out it would not work for us! We are almost. 60. Our daughter looked at it and told us that it would not work for us, so we tried to return it!! and they would not take it back!! Because it was past 15 days. Really? so, we are out almost $100.00 dollars.

CHEAPLY MADE--QUALITY HAS FADED AND MOUNTING BRACKET WAS DEFORMED--SHIPPED DEFECTIVE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS--BLINK PRODUCTS ALSO VERY SLOW TO CONNECT TO WIFI. TOTALLY WORTHLESS PRODUCT

Camera sucks, delayed live video and it constantly buffers.

The backplate that attaches to the wall and the back of the doorbell keeps breaking. There are tiny plastic hooks on the back plate that attach to the doorbell. I attach the doorbell, all working great, then within 8 hours, the doorbell is on the ground because the hooks have broken. And no one has used it!

This camera only records when the button is clicked, it never recorded when motion was involved. It advertises as being able to record when it detects motion, however, I had the camera facing my front door, and it never detected the 6 times a day we would open said door. I returned this camera. :(

Door bell will not chime with household chime. Customer support called but no help. They don’t care weather it works or not

Glad I got this it picks up everything I have a lot of foot traffic in my building and now I feel secure

Sync module is troublesome for staying connected to WiFi.

We installed this separate from our main door bell as we wanted to install this at our side door where we receive our deliveries. We have owned Blink outdoor cameras so we are already familiar on how to set up the module and connect it to our home wifi network. At first I thought it needs to be installed with an existing doorbell. But glad that it doesn't have to and simply use batteries to install it anywhere. We opted to use the angled back attachment because our side door panel is not quite straight and the view of someone waiting there isn't clear if we don't use the angled back. Installation is easy and required some basic tools. As with other Blink cameras, the module should be placed within considerable distance to the video doorbell or it will disconnect. We placed the module within about 5 ft from the doorbell and it works perfectly. Also, one must have a great wifi network because if the unit is placed far from the wifi, either the delay is noticeable or it will disconnect. The doorbell sound is loud enough to be heard where we positioned and I get notification on my phone almost instantly when someone presses the button. Once it's 'activated' you can speak to the person on the opposite end and the sound is clear and crisp and we can clearly hear the other person. You have the option to record the video conversation or discard. You also have the ability to set the length of the video capture and the sensitivity of the unit. What I really like about this is the instant notification on my phone and I can speak to the other person without being actually home. It says this unit works with Alexa but we have Google Home so I cannot comment on that. The only con would be the battery life. It quickly use up the juice when the unit is used more frequently. But this should not be a problem if the unit is installed using your existing doorbell. Overall, I like this unit for its ease of installation and use and it serves our purpose of having an 'eye' at our side door.

This system is absolutely junk. You get a 30 day trial (long after best buys 15 day return policy) and after that all the cameras and devices are absolutely worthless unless you pay an extra 100$ a year on top of that or it won't record anything. It's absolutely junk.

Not worth the money! We were told there was no monthly fee for this, wrong! It is very hard to rate something that doesn't work the way we were told.

Stick with ring or other brands. The quality of the camera is horrible. It also would not allow me to watch a live view of my doorbell

Doorbell cam for daughter new house. Excellent choice with added protection.

Before Blink, I thought there was only one brand of video doorbell for me. With this new doorbell from Blink, my opinion has changed. Why Blink? • You can choose whether to use wired installation or unwired installation. If you choose wired, you can easily install it to replace a currently wired device. (Be sure to shut off the electricity to the device first.) If you choose unwired, as I did, you can put the Blink anywhere you want. • Set up and activation is a snap, almost done in a “blink.” Download the Blink app (If you already have the Blink app, be sure to download the recently updated version.) and follow the simple instructions. I got the update, followed the steps in the app; and, within about 5 minutes, the doorbell was linked to the Sync module, linked to my mesh Wi-Fi, paired with Alexa, and ready to use. • The Sync module (an optional item included with this packaging) is not necessary for the doorbell to work. However, having the Sync increases functionality. One example being it can serve as the indoor chime. Also, the Sync is highly recommended for non-wired use, because it can help increase the usage life of the batteries (up to 2 years projected). Importantly, up to 10 Blink cameras can be linked via the Sync, so you are set up for expansion. • When the doorbell is rung, you can see who is there via Alexa or your phone and communicate with them via two-way audio. HD Live View and video quality are good day or night. • With Blink there is no required subscription plan for operation. With a subscription plan, you are able record photos/videos • The icing on this delicious cake is you can have it all for well under $100. Horrible Super delayed the plastic on the back snapped almost immediately just changing the battery camera fails almost a dozen times a day even had a suspicion I was hacked when all my setting were changed and then suddenly offline to back online and glitchy
