Be prepared to subscribe for a couple dollars a month if you want to use their cloud services or else you will have to have an SD card with a computer to save video

The doorbell is loud and can also be heard from my phone app. I can ask Alexa to show me love views from my doorbell camera too. Overall, great price and great purchase!

Not what I hoped for

Also, the thing rings outside but not inside, so not sure what the purpose even is of the chime. We ended up buying a different brand.
