It was compromised within 24 hours, a new device logged on changing my password and settings. Blink was unable to reset my password. Complete override by an outsider.

We are sorry you are not having a positive experience with your Blink Outdoor Wired Camera. To ensure your experience shifts, possibly reconsider its location. If the camera is too far from the Sync Module or has a weak Wi-Fi signal, it might disconnect and require a reset to reconnect properly. Also, if your Wifi coverage is not strong where this camera is located that may be the cause of your issue.

I had multiple people trying to help with no success. It still isn’t working. Any support costs with both Blink and Best Buy. I will never recommend this product.

When someone is at the door you don’t know until they have already left. And if you do catch someone still there trying to talk to them through the system is almost impossible. You cannot hear a thing that is being said.

Customer service says it's a wi/fi problem. It's past the return window. So the warranty is useless. A lot of other customers that bought their wired floodlight cams have the exact same issue. Works for two months, then goes offline. Customer service gives the runaround, blames the problem on the user's wi/fi system. The only affected item so far is the wired floodlight in my system.
