    The 2 years battery life is based on several circumstances. 1. Must be lithium battery, 2. The wifi signal in the area is strong, I have one only last for 4 months. Blink told me the camera wasted on energy to search signal. Well....

    I own 3 of these and let me say they are nice but the batteries will die fast in a high traffic area such as driveway . About 3-6 months but batteries are cheap so not that big of a deal.
