The sync module sometimes looses connectivity with WIFI and then has to be unplugged to reconnect. Not a very good system for an alarm when no one is home. My big complaint though is there is no way to arm/disarm using smartthings.

Motion Notifications are delayed. One good thing about the system is that it allows you to keep all of your recorded clips for 1 year totaling 7200 seconds which is 2 hours.

Posted .Battery use is affected by such things as Placing cameras in high traffic areas and leaving them armed all the time, Slow Internet connection speeds, Extreme Temperatures, Extended use of Live View, and Weak Camera signal strength between sync module and WIFI router. If you have been using your Blink cameras within the standard operating range I would suggest reaching out to our Tech Support Team directly to troubleshoot.
