    One camera stopped working. They drain batteries fast. Motion detc. Is useless.

Battery use is most times affected by such things as Placing cameras in high traffic areas and leaving them armed all the time, Slow Internet connection speeds, Extreme Temperatures, Extended use of Live View, and Weak Camera signal strength between sync module and WIFI router.     They blink cameras motion detecter have a 30 second delay and the batters dies fast

      We are sorry to hear that you are having some issues with the motion detection on your Blink cameras. You may want to try adjusting the sensitivity on the cameras within the camera settings in the APP, this does sometimes take some guess and check depending on where the cameras are placed. We would also suggest adjusting the angle of the camera as well if possible, noting the best motion detection occurs when a subject walks across the field of view from one side to another rather than directly toward or away from the camera. Please keep this in mind for optimal motion detection before mounting your camera.

    this camera doesn't have good range. If it is more that 100ft from the wifi device then it doesn't work.

      Assuming a fairly standard home (single building, no unusually dense construction materials), the Sync Module should be able to communicate with Blink XT2 and Indoor camera units up to 100ft away in any direction. As far as how far away the system can be from the wireless router that would depend on the strength of your internet/WIFI, we recommend at least three bars of signal strength for optimal performance.     If a camera is accidentally deleted there is no way to recover remotely even if you have the camera numbers

    It is poor quality. It doesn’t look very clear it gets triggered by birds and spiders which is great but Sometimes it doesn’t pick up a whole human walking past it. If you have the sensor at 10 which is the highest it drains the batteries pretty quickly. once you change them you have to reprogram the camera. This product is awful and a waste of money.

    I wanted to like it for an outside camera, but I didn't liked the color scheme or sound inside. I didn't even try to mount it, I just returned it.

    Couldn't get it to work with android. Called customer service and they said I needed an Apple phone

    Good camera overall. Battery ran out after two weeks however. It advertised two years battery life.

    Can only record from one camera at a time so if anyone walks from driveway to front door only one camera will record.

    I felt a new sense of security when first purchased. A couple of months later and I’ve never felt so vulnerable. I have three cameras one facing my driveway/front yard, one on a tree facing my front door, and one on the fence facing the rear of my house. I had a cousin spend the night over only to get his thousand dollar sound system stolen from my driveway. The motion sensor never triggered from these thefts walking back and forth from their car with the stolen goods. I embarrassingly had to get the footage from a neighbor across the street who’s security cameras are also triggered by motion. Fast forward to last night when my Christmas decorations got stolen from my front yard. To my surprise no footage again. It’s not an error on my part I have the zoning and sensitivity correct. I also have a reliable internet provider. This is a honest review to run from this product. YOU DON’T WANT THE FEELING OF WAKING UP TO SOMETHING MISSING.

    The price is what attracted me. However, I wasn't impressed by the video. I ended up returning it and went to pay extra for a better brand.

    This item did not come with batteries. I sent it abroad and the type of batteries aren't sold there so I have to get the batteries here and send it.

    Mine the sync module wasn’t working but blink sent me a new one and my cameras are six second delayed but it works it’s still helpful

    A speaker was added to to the XT2, but the volume is so low that your voice can barely be heard even with the volume control at its highest level.

    Bought this originally because we wanted to monitor our pets while we were away. Ended up losing connection to WiFi more often than not

    The glare from the window made this camera almost useless. I actually like the fact that it is battery powered versus a wired version.

    Cameras randomly go off at times and other times they don’t go off when they should. It works but I just wish it worked a little better.

    The wireless connection is extremely choppy and the resolution is definitely something that isn't as good compared to arlo cameras
