Blink security cameras

It takes forever to pull up a live view and it only lets you stay there for maybe 10 seconds. Also they never stay connected and always have trouble showing a feed. Now I’m stuck trying to sell these to get new ones because they won’t let me exchange them

Posted .Thank you for your feedback, you may want to try adjusting the sensitivity on the cameras or even try using the Activity Zones feature as well. Activity Zones let you mask off certain regions to selectively prevent motion alerts. This can help with excessive motion clips or false alerts. This feature is great if your cameras are outside and you have a tree or bush randomly triggering a motion clip.

I was excited about it at first but it really only lasted one day & night with no problems. The next day is when things took a turn; one of the cameras continuously failed in showing me my live video to a point where I got frustrated. So I decided to return it.

Not ready for release

So many bugs and extremely unreliable. Will not stay connected to internet and they try and blame your internet service. I have no issue with any other it's staying connected. They need to own up to pushing out a subpar product. The web is full of the same complaints. We can't all be wrong.

Posted .The Blink cameras cannot be used to face out a window. Blink’s PIR sensor cannot detect motion through glass, so a Blink indoor or Blink XT/XT2 camera positioned behind a window will not create clips when armed. However, it can be faced out a window, or through glass, for use with Live View.
We would also suggest checking that you have the IR Illuminator enabled within the camera settings, you are able to adjust the intensity of this as well.
