So I purchased your product, it states its free and now you want to charge a monthly fee now. They used some lame excuse to state they are charging now as a subscription and now must pay monthly. To me that is a false advertisement You are a false company that lied to us and after a short time period you went back on your word and advertisement and now want a monthly subscription fee. I will never buy a product form this company ever again.

If your Wi-Fi are lights out then you don't have a camera

Picture quality could be a little better but it’s cool to have.

Thought the camera would be better than it was and it’s not

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PIECE OF GARBAGE ,,,,,I HAVE CONTACTED TECH SUPPORT MORE TIMES THEN I CALL MY FAMILY TO CHECK ON THEM ,,,,, GARBAGE AND REPLACED THE BATTERY 4 TIMES ALREADY WASTE OF MONEYYYYYYYYYY DONT BUY

This product is decent, it buffers a lot and its not clear.

Can’t seem to integrate with my Ring video doorbell. Initially thought the price was good, but since making it work to extend the existing system has been unsuccessful so far, it’s been a waste. Bad purchase on my part.

Stopped working after 3 weeks. It was common for cameras to go offline occasionally, but come back after a few minutes or hours. That was was annoying enough, but the module went offline and never came back. I tried to rest it, reconnect, etc. I finally called tech support and the lady was very nice & polite, but she couldn't help. She took my phone number in case the call got dropped. She finally admitted that my internet provider had to make changes on their end. Then the called dropped and she never called back after spending nearly an hour on working on the problem. Very frustrated.

Only took shot recording, wanted something that took longer video

Audio is horrible, the volume is super low. Not worth the money at all. I originally purchased the 1st model and I love it. I was hoping to add this one since it has 2way audio. I was highly disappointed with the performance. I returned it the next day. Unfortunately the older model is no longer available.. best advice is not to waste your money.

These cameras are usable. Not the greatest. But usuable.

It's true these cameras must send off some sort of frequency that birds can hear because at least 3 times in 14 days I received notification alerts that showed birds attacking the cameras. The convience of the cameras being moved and easy to install was a plus for me. Unfortunately I had to return them due to such horrible audio feedback. I tried relocating the cameras, even brought them inside due to possible weather interference. The audio sounds like there is a hair dryer running in another room. All of the cameras, not just one faulty unit. Its a shame really because other than the audio feedback I would have more than likely purchased additional cameras to add to our property as well. The alerts on the app on my android had about a 6 seconds lapse.

Would it been a better rating but one camera was broke

1. The battery on the 1st camera died in 2 weeks capturing about 30 videos a day 2. The second camera battery was dead after 4 weeks of capturing about 15 videos a day 4. The capture angle is not as wide as advertised

Battery was done after 24 h for one camera and 2 cameras always busy when you want to check ,,i can't understand ,, very cheap quality bed experience and very expressive for quality price ,,is not good

got these cameras for our home they worked for like two months in which we had to replace the batteries every week and then they just stopped working completely. total fail do not recomend

Way too many features missing to recommend this device. The one selling point it had was being battery powered but the lack of storage and browser viewing alone takes that away and then some. Plus, it's an Amazon product so you know they are spying on you!

It has very big noise somehow and I had to return it.

I originally bought this back in February. This now the 3rd one I am on. My last 2 broke and blink couldn’t figure out why. It does the job when it’s working but not worth the headache since they just break randomly. I’m going to try ring video doorbell instead.

I wish the video quality was better, otherwise it works well.
