I wanted to inspect this product at your store. I made an appt got there on time but the rep didn’t acknowledge my time. Had to stand in line 15 plus minutes and still no acknowledgement. I realize the current environment but that store in Evansville had no clue how to take care of the customer. It was an upper 80 degree day and there was no shade or cover to keep us comfortable. I finally just left and I wasn’t the only one who left frustrated. The place didn’t care

I purchased these from outdoor security system. After connecting them and figuring out the interface I decided that these are not the ones for me. Ended up going with the ring system .

It is amazing how a giant like Amazon designed a useless product like this. Although it is relatively cheaper than the competitors, it does not connect it to the base station rendering it useless. I bought it twice, the second time 1 year later hoping that they might have troubleshot the problem, but had two return it both times. I spent hours with the customer center to troubleshoot without any resolution, the replacement one did not work either. Their support chat is full of complaints about the cameras not connecting to the base. They should take this lame product off the market

We've had an Arlo system for years. We decided to upgrade. Whoops, this was not an upgrade. The speakers on the cameras are very low quality. Notifications are slow. We returned these and bought an Arlo.

This camera was awful. I actually bought two of them. The video lagged a good 3 seconds, and one of the cameras had an error message and wouldn't show any footage. The list goes on for how bad these cameras were. I was so disappointed and it wasn't at all as I expected. I returned both cameras after 2 days of the cameras operating sub-par, or not at all. Don’t waste your money.

Contacted support to help resolve motions sensor problem and help with settings. After around 6 emails of questions back and forth, I'm done. my D-Link also had issues, but one phone call to a competent technician solved the problem quickly. This may be a better camera, maybe, But without competent staff to quickly solve problems make for an unhappy consumer. Love ya Amazon, but you need to fix this!!!

Thre only detractor is there can be a delay in someone entering the camera field of view and the start of recording causing thenn to be gone and the recording hasn't captured anything.

There were many connectivity issues, the microphone and speakers are very low quality and the cameras are not ideal for security. They are easily removed.

not the best system, doesn't continuously record. Video lags, quality of the video isn't what a security camera should be, can be blurry. Shouldn't be used outdoors despite the description.

I bought the 5 pack system. 4of the five cameras are working but the fifth camera is a dud. Tried reaching customer service but they have remedies that don’t work. Will be returning to Best Buy

I bought a set of two, and they are good day time cams but when the cameras are in pitch darkness the night vision just doesn't work . If you leave a porch light on a night then you will be ok.

Always running out of battery when th4 company claims you normally would get 2 years battery life..I've gone thru 4 batteries in less than yr

The video quality was not that great & there’s a 5-7 sec delay with motion alerts. I returned it and bought the Ring wireless cam to work with my existing Ring peep hole cam.

Would not pick up movement beyond ~ 15 feet away. Night vision was not very good. I returned the camera to the store and got my money back.

The batterys say 2 years did not last a week. The camera would not record when you walk right in front of them. They would be nice if the worked.

Apparently bestbuy will put a hold on your bestbuy card for the amount of the item then do an actual charge on your card so it looks as if your being charged twice ..Does this make any sense at all, absolutely not it's just a headache..You don't charge an individual twice for anything on their credit card then say well one is a hold and one is an actual charge but my acct shows the money gone and then on top of the 2 charges I dont even actually have the item yet as it was an online order ?.Product is good service is horrible

These cameras work great. The cameras are super sensitive and pick up small animals. I also wish that when you talk out of them that it’s more clearer

Bought these on special after somebody broke into my truck. Started reading up on them and decided to return because of poor battery life.

Do not waste your money. The signal is not constant and the camera will not work if it isn’t close to the router. Waste of time!
