    unfortunately Wi-Fi coverage has to be close mounting them any distance from your source cause them not to work or work inconsistently and freezing and live you disrupted

    They are great cameras but the fact that you have to charge them like everyday is definitely a deal breaker for me.

    I purchase this camera because I wanted to be able to see my house on my phone but I could not keep the live feed for more than 3 seconds at a time. the app is not very useful either.

      We are sorry to hear that you may be having some issues, we do have a limit on the live view just to preserve battery life currently this is set at 30 second intervals that can be continued up to 5 minutes, you can find many support articles on the Blink for Home website or you can also reach out Tech Support Team at support.blinkforhome.com as well to help troubleshoot.

    These camera's don't work good at all clear pic if you can get it to work 2yr batteries lasted 1 week. Returned with no problems.

    100's of false motion detection in one day. I would suggest Amazon to fix issues then sale product. Main goal from security camera is human motion.

The Blink cameras detect motion by sensing changes in heat, we suggest adjusting the sensitivity on the cameras within the camera settings in the APP or you can also use the Activity Zones feature as well. The Activity Zones allows you to mask off certain regions to prevent excessive motion clips or false alerts.     This camera doesn’t work long distance 80ft from router . Tried to return it but had a grace period of not even a month . Ridiculous !!!!

    After 10 days battery die , I back to Best Buy, they give me hard time and told me , connect with Amazon , feeling so bad

    It was okay I like the fact that it's wireless but it could be used both ways. I didn't like all the clicking that they do far as when it's catching something.

    One of the cameras stopped working just a few days after purchasing. It wasn’t recording any motion whatsoever. Also the cameras are not that easy to clip onto the base.

    Hub died in 6 hours

    Bought it because of the sale. Connected the hub and one camera. But 6 hours later I got a message from the blink app that the hub disconnected for 30 minutes. This was 6 hours after I plugged it. It never powered up again. The hub just died. Not reliable. I am not person to be writing reviews of any product, but I had to on this one. Look else where.

    Does not run on Microsoft Base PC

    This camera only works on Apple and Android products. If you have multiple cameras running on a large screen of a PC and this only runs on your phone, it is not very useful! I tried to find code to handle this additional camera on my system but was not successful. I returned the camera to Best Buy! Turns out that Best Buy only sells cameras that run on Apple and Android products. Best Buy has lost a customer now!

    Not great if you have a lot of cars that pass your house. It will keep triggering the motion sensor. I wish there was a way it would not trigger the motion sensor for car movement

      The cameras detect motion by sensing changes in heat, and sensitivity settings help adjust the scope of this feature. There is also an Activity Zone feature that can be set which allow you to mask off certain regions to prevent excessive motion clips or false alerts.

    Needs to be very close to WiFi module or won’t work. Inconsistent and no a/c adaptor. So you can’t consistently stream using this.

    Have had these cameras for 4 months now. One camera that is closest to the sync module loses its signal more often than it keeps it. Basically when you need the camera it lets you down. I would not recommend these cameras unless you dont care about them working when you need them. Support it terrible also. You have to email them and then wait for their reply which is days later.

    It would not work for me. Spoke with Blink customer service several times and it would not work. Blink was very helpful, but could not make it work. I returned it.

    Purchased as a backup camera for inside the home. Wanted motion detection in specific rooms without cameras attached to our security system. Set it up easily, but the camera is awful, particularly for anything moving....pixelated and lacking quality. Even worse in darkness. If you want sound only, this is an affordable option, but if you want video, don’t purchase this system.

    This product is awful , there is not enough storage space for recording for all 5 cameras. The only good thing about it is it runs on battery power

    The camera design is good. But I was disappointed about the camera picture quality. Battery wise it’s good but for picture quality this is not for me.

    Didn’t like that you couldn’t keep recording with it since it is battery based. Would only record in short clips.
