    It is easy to set up but the image quality is poor and a lot of time lag when viewed online. Most of the time the camera doesn’t work at all and becomes unresponsive.

    This camera is awful. With it being wireless, it isn’t always on, but when you try to view it, it takes minutes to load, and sometimes it still won’t be viewable.

    I can't get the camera to work outside even with a repeater just inside the window where it is located. And now the Sync module will not connect even with a strong signal.

    The systems works fine 3 XT2 Camera bundle purchase. The Box clearly says "No Monthly Fees". But Amazon apparently does not intend to honor that statement....

    Went through 2 and to no avail. Sync module issues from the start. Even with firmware update nothing improved. I hate the idea of wires but atleast ill know its conected.

    This unit works only when someone walks outside the house. Rarely when someone walks onto the patio from the yard...which was the point of purchasing it.

    Don’t do what was listed to do. The cameras only record when prompted. Camera need to record when I’m not home . These didn’t

    Would work for the night but once it hit morning the camera would not connect and the live view would fail returned it and got another but it happened again.

    It does not work. I call Blink for help and they were unable to assist. The customer service at Best Buy was great. I still need to return this item.

    One camera has delayed recording and the other rarely records. The app freezes whenever I try to live view or do any updates to settings.

    Can’t return because we threw the box away without having finished install them , horrible idea, but we were sure they’d work. Super disappointed

    I don't recommed these. We bought ours and within a few months they had to be replaced. The videowould be messed up and the IR went out.

    Terrible. App and control was not user friendly. The base had to always be plugged in and near modem. So it being wireless it is not Many others are better

    The app didn't allow me to see the photos or anything else on it. It hooked up but then nothing. Returned item. Mgr couldn't fiquire it out also.

    I have several wireless cameras (a different brand) that I like much better than this one. This one seemed to be low quality for the price.

    During installation of the cameras I kept getting a "live feed failed" on 3 out of 5 cameras. I returned it and will wait for something.
