    Purchased this off of the positive reviews. We got the system in place and we were very happy with it. Two days later we decided to move two of the cameras and then the module quit working. Tried calling tech support through Blink and the girl didn’t know how to help. Emailed tech the next day and never got a response back. I am sure whatever the problem was it was a simple fix, but am frustrated with lack of tech support.

    Plain and simple: it doesn’t work It will send notifications when there is no motion at all, but doesn’t pick up actual motion, even while on the highest setting. The box also says 1080P when on the highest setting. It’s not in 1080P. So blurry that faces are unrecognizable.

    Worst experience with an electronic device

    I have set up wifi equipment in big box stores for inventories multiple times through the years with various routers and AP's, and had to do this in a very short amount of time with complete reliability, but after spending an entire day working on this camera's sync module on two different mobile devices, I could not get it to work. Only a blue light on the module after resets and etc - literally spent several hours loading and reloading, rebooting, resetting, but still only one blue light. After checking other reviews on Amazon, I saw that this is a common problem with the module. From having extensive experience with professional equipment, and based on how cheaply made this thing appears to be, I'm not surprised that it doesn't work. What surprises me are all the glowing reviews on here and elsewhere?

    Junk, camera died in less than 24 hours

    Set up the system one evening and everything worked. Next day I was getting ready to install the camera outdoor on my porch. The camera stopped working, no blue light. Didn't work indoor either. Tried replacing the batteries and id didn't help.

    Problems right out of the box, pathetic tech suppt

    I had some momentum cameras that worked fine for 3 months, then they crapped out. So I purchased this set. I tried to set it up and the sync module wouldn’t acknowledge the app, was stuck on a solid blue light, doing a reset like the app suggested did absolutely nothing. I contacted tech support 3 days ago and have heard nothing back. I’m returning this today and will try arlo. After my last camera set it just made me think, if this has a problem right out of the box I can only imagine what problems I’ll face when I start using it. Also note, I’m a former Best Buy employee and my job was to set up demo models of products like this so I know what I’m doing.

    Won’t connect to WiFi

    I purchased this because the cameras are small, lightweight and the battery life was long. However the sync module would not connect to my WiFi. The app kept saying I typed in the wrong password which wasn’t true. I’ve even reset the unit and started from scratch but it still won’t connect. I checked the Blink forum and saw that a lot of other people had this same issue. I am not going to waste my time calling tech support to troubleshoot or get a replacement unit. It shouldn’t be this hard. I’m going to return this for a refund.

    Worst Product I've Purchased In a Long Time!

    Worked for a day before completely ceasing to function. Called tech support, and all they did was blame my ISP. Everything else in my home works great on my connection, but these cameras? Not so much. Don't waste your money.
