We love our Blink cameras & that you can talk through them even if you're in another state. We had Alro cameras & it wasn't picking up when someone came in to our yard. So very pleased with these blink cameras we feel secured that we can see what's going on around our home.

Use the Blink Technical Support video to set up the system as opposed to the written directions in the box. The set up is pretty quick and easy (from the video) and, once done, the physical placement is on the owner. The picture is clear and each camera has an audio function. So far, very pleased.

I'm very pleased with this product. I installed outdoor pointing to my garage door and main entrance. It already passed the first winter season and it worked great! The battery consumption is not terrible, but depending on how you balance the movement sensitivity, it may last longer.

Bought these for surveillance for my parents’ house. It seems to work fine but you do have to change the batteries quite often which is annoying since they are mounted kind of high. Otherwise, I am pleased with them and so are my parents.

Blink security cameras are amazing. small, lightweight and have a great picture. The app makes these easy to setup and fantastic getting alerts when there is motion detected. even in low light, the picture quality is excellent. Adding on additional cameras is a simple process.

This is a very good outdoor camera value for the price. Long lasting battery, excellent video defn. The only stuggle is positioning properly and working on the motion sensor zone to limit triggering the camera when I don't need things like cars driving by.

The blank system was very easy to install worst excellent ability to turn on or off cameras at will is very nice do wish the speakers were a little bit louder looking to see if Alexa will speak through when having the two-way conversation

Bought this as an addition to the original one camera we got. Simple setup and everything went smoothly. It does take the new cameras a while to calibrate and not pick up the 'non active zone'. Other than that it works as advertised.

Got this camera for my apartment. Setup and installation was easy. Put it in my parking spot because there have be break in into cars and sure enough caught someone a week later red handed and some street justice was served

Price is very good for what you get , I think the Arlo has much better night vision . I could not get my thumb drive to work , Once they start charging I may have to go back to Arlo or Wyze . Install was the easiest of all cameras

Great camera for beginners. I'm looking for features such as ability to view live feed by more than 1 person... and more.. still trying to feel for it though. decent price for 5 cameras (got it on sale).

Key Pros: Easy to set up Simple minimalist app that's not hard to figure out Cameras seem reasonably well built and runs on lithium AA batteries (do not use regular Alkaline or rechargeable!), so it's not hard to find replacement batteries. Key Cons: "Live View" is delayed by a few seconds Can't stream live for more than 20 seconds at a time Summary: Setup was very easy and the camera system can easily be expanded with additional cameras down the line. It comes with a basic hub to control the cameras, but it seems like the cameras actually connect directly to WiFi on their own and don't actually need the hub for anything but setup and settings. The cameras are good enough for "after the fact" monitoring, by simply recording small video clips when it detects movement and sending you an alert so you can watch the video later. The cameras do technically have an option to watch the feed live, but as it bounces the feed off a cloud service first, the video is actually delayed by a few seconds, and limited to about 20 seconds at a time unless you keep clicking "Continue" to refresh the feed. If you need a solution for real-time security, this is not the camera for you. However, if you need a quick video clip to see who keeps stealing your mail or something and you're not concerned with catching them in the act, then this will do the job well enough. Video quality is ok, but if you want to record in "Best" quality, it requires a somewhat higher end internet connection (strong WiFi signal and decent home internet is good enough). It does have a "2-way audio" feature, where you can talk through the camera while using the "Live View" function, which is useful if you put this near your doorbell and use it to talk to whoever is at the door. At that point though, it might be worth investing in a dedicated video doorbell like the Nest system. Overall, this is not something I'd recommend to anyone trying to set up a home security system for real-time protection, but it's good enough for documenting when things happen around the house so you can deal with it later, like making sure the kids are behaving when you're not home or documenting issues of theft or vandalism on your property to provide to law enforcement at a later time.

Blink works great! Awesome little device and very easy to set up. The only problem for me was the little blue light that indicates the camera is in operation… It drew the attention of the person I wanted to observe which is my 17-year-old son sneaking out of the house.

We have these put by our cars and all windows can see eveyrthing going on with in view of camera even when we are away. You do need all of these cameras you will be surprised how much area you need to cover. I will be adding one or two more for my guest shed and back of my house.

I really like these cameras and they are very easy to set up and link to your phone. The only negative thing I will say is I don’t like how it doesn’t continuously record. Only clips when there is motion. Other than that they’re great

We purchased this camera system after having one of our vehicles vandalized. We set up 3 cameras outside our house and feel much better knowing we will receive a text and have videos of any future problems outside. We added an inside camera to watch our 2 dogs while we are gone.

I had no problems placing these cameras to provide the necessary coverage, one camera is in the home so I turned off the motion detection. I decreased the motion detection on the two monitoring the outside door areas to prevent nuisance alerts from blowing leaves and moving branches.

The longer I have this system, the less impressed I’m becoming. Set up was quick and easy, after a few weeks I purchased another set to expand on what I have. Fast forward a few months later. Batteries die within months even at medium use so no 2 years for me there. The cameras lose signal and have WiFi issues even when they’re only 15-20 feet away from the module. Live view works when it wants to and my interior camera quit entirely. This will get me by for now but I’ll definitely be upgrading to something better.

The Blink is an indoor-only camera, so its features are more basic—but the XT is weatherproof, so you can use it inside or outside. (Plus, it has infrared night vision. Pretty handy for spotting real intruders or just those pesky raccoons . . . again.

I've purchased many Blink Cameras and have been satisfied with all of them. The step from XT1 to XT2 was huge. 2 way audio, recording live views, love them! The 2 year battery life is not true, but I guess if you live in a warmer environment with less motion in view it may last 2 years.
