Not what I expected

Both cameras will pick up cars in the distance, but I basically had to walk right up to the camera for it to get me walking in the carport or up the steps. Even had a friend come over to help to see if I was doing something wrong. He and I were both frustrated! Have to have camera perpendicular to foot path, which limits camera angle. Only comes with wood screws, my house is brick, which didn't realize until I went to set up. Will say the microphone on high setting picked up every word I said to my neighbor across the street, that has been the most impressive feature so far.

Posted .You may want to try adjusting the sensitivity on the cameras within the camera settings in the APP, this does sometimes take some guess and check depending on where the cameras are placed. I would also suggest adjusting the angle of the camera as well if possible, noting the best motion detection occurs when a subject walks across the field of view from one side to another rather than directly toward or away from the camera.
