    Took it back to the store for a refund. As the person who was to install them only had a four foot ladder and could not put them were I wanted them. Then he told me that I did have a strong wif signal. He acted like he did want to install them for me.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS - NOT RECOMMENDED - Two of these units stopped working after les than 30 days after the purchase. I should have gone with my first thought of buying the Ring Doorbell unit. So now I have to spend another $250 for a whole new security unit.

    Video Freezes or does not record

    Even though the camera is less than 20 feet from the camera module and has a strong signal to both internet and module, the camera videos freezes or only shows a blue screen. Sometimes it records fine and sometimes it doesn't. Not even worth it if it were free.

    This camera disconnects from the Wifi network frequently. Worked for the first month then it went downhill. I’m tossing this in the trash! Reconnecting the device was another headache. Not satisfied. Tried to give it time but I’ll go with something else.

    Does not connect to our GOOGLE WI-FI we purchased

    Attempted to connect these 5 times and it did not work. Our firestik's and roku work just fine and so does our Ring but not this crap. Very unhappy and now have to drive 186 miles round trip to return this item. So much for the BEST BUY TEAM THAT SOLD THIS TO US.

    Blink camera system not worth it. Doesn’t work.. Sometimes it captures.. sometimes not. It is NOT a reliable system. Have reliable $35 Zmodo camera for years that outpowers & performs this sometimes working blink system.

    Seemed like a 10 second live feed lag which was mainly what I wanted this camera for was live feed. Returned next day for a Ring stick up camera feed was instant.

    We've had this system for just over 4 years so far, it's pretty decent, I'd buy it again. I had to reach out to tech support after a month or so, and they exchanged two of the cameras without hassle. It goes offline every now and then but it's fairly simple to get it working again. There are a lot of different settings and it can be difficult to understand the difference between some of them. Battery use isn't too bad, there are four of us in the home right now (at one point there were six), and we only have the cameras on from dusk to dawn, but I've got pretty high-use settings, and I'd say we have to change batteries every 6 months or so. Overall I'm pleased, would definitely recommend and purchase again.

    In a world where we demand instant gratification these cameras miss the mark by a long shot. They have a hard time connecting while using cellular data. And the picture quality is very poor. I returned them after the 1st week.

    I could never get it to work. Even with all of my knowledge of network and seeking help I was not successful in making this work. I returned the device and chose to revisit the use of other solutions.

    Bought these to put outside on our deck. Wifi wouldn't reach, so we tried in our inside stairwell, barely connected. Live stream wasn't so live and we could barely connect feet away from it. We ended up returning it.

      Assuming a fairly standard home (single building, no unusually dense construction materials), the Sync Module should be able to communicate with Blink camera units up to 100ft away in any direction. As far as how far away the system can be from your wireless router would depend on the strength/speed of your interent/WIFI we recommend at least three bars of signal strength.

    I haven't got my surveillance camera yet but I will never order from best buy again I could done got it through amazon week ago and I've try to track it and the usps can't tell me anything

    This is one of the worst products I've ever bought. Had to return it since blink cameras would keep resetting. If you buy this, good luck, there are better options.

    not worth the money. Associate didn't know anything about this product. Had to visit another store with someone who knew somewhat of the camera. Associate did not recommend product.

    I have purchased these cameras through amazon in the past and they’ve work great. The cameras I purchased from Best Buy did not work properly and seem to have been a returned item.

    One camera by our garage did not want to connect to wifi and started getting super hot. We returned the whole set after trying every camera at that location and it was a hit or miss

    Returned them. Poor Quality and Would NOT work with our Ring Doorbell. Replaced them with Ring Cameras. Huge difference in QUALITY and More Durable. Geek Squad installed.
