Good little system

The new cams are a little aggervating to get set up but mine is working just fine. I have 2 other of these cams and would suggest buying each cam with a different hub it loads up faster. For what I wanted this cam does a good job.

Very Basic Camera

It only records on motion and usually misses most of what triggered it. I can walk up on it and turn around and walk away and then it will start to record. Umm, a little late. Seriously the 2 year battery claim is not impressive if it does'nt record in real time. Please Blink let the thing record 24/7 and just replace the batteries a little more often. Camera concept is nice but needs much improvement.

Posted .The Blink cameras record clips based on motion detection only however we do appreciate your feedback regarding constant recording. As for the motion detection, You may want to try adjusting the sensitivity on the cameras within the camera settings in the APP, this does sometimes take some guess and check depending on where the cameras are placed. I would also suggest adjusting the angle of the camera as well if possible, noting the best motion detection occurs when a subject walks across the field of view from one side to another rather than directly toward or away from the camera. Please keep this in mind for optimal motion detection before mounting your camera. If you continue to have issues our Tech Support Team is happy to troubleshoot, support.blinkforhome.com

Quality lense for daytime or limited lighting. Functionality for user access, with benefit of a speaker warning system. Would love a feature to catch speeders and noise busters! Hope I can convince CityCouncil to up safety concerns for seniors nearby.
