I played Dark Souls briefly and couldn't get into it (likely because it isn't my favorite genre of game). That said, I found myself enjoying Bloodborne much more. Its quicker pace and challenging nature had me coming back frequently.

This game is great especially if you played dark souls. The game is very fast-paced, difficult and unforgiving, and has a great story line!

A nice little twist to the "Dark Souls"-like genre...it gets kinda old after a while though. Still enjoyable most of the time, but it wears out after a bit.

Kicks major butt. The monsters are well designed, the main character owns the entire game itself. This game doesn't get enough credit.

Bloodborne is a great game. It always keeps you on your toes and guessing what's around the next corner. It may be a bit short, but it has high replay value with its new game + mode

I was looking for a reasonable gift to give my daughters boyfriend the price was right and for a new item I was amazed he says he loves it thank you best buy

holycow is this game hard. if you love a great challenge you will love this game, if not then you might like it and hopefully you do not throwyyour controller at your tv.

if you liked Dark Souls 3 you'll like this too. Lots of enemies, i'm not terribly sure whats going on but i'm never really sure whats going on in a from software game.

I bought this for my son. It was on his Christmas list. I searched online to see if it was available at my local Best Buy and it was, so I drove up and bought the last one.

Not joking. No one tells you what to do at the start. You have to figure it out on your own. And from there, good luck. You only have very few checkpoints.

This is a good game but seriously difficult. The world is a masterpiece for sure. Gave it a 3 star ONLY because its too hard, and legit makes me pull my hair out

Yes, this is a great game by far. Also it is the hardest game you will ever play. Death is a constant thing you face. And it is also a punishment for you. So don't die!

Very challenging game like the rest of From Software games, but still fun game when you get used to the difficulty. It has a different vibe from the other Souls games, I like the dark gothic feel. Really hope for a remake/remaster, this game deserves it.

Bit of a learning curve before one gets proficient and starts having fun in this guy. Extremely violent. Grim color -- everything is shaded in browns, grays, and blacks. Not a lot of color variety.

Graphics are amazing, but the gameplay is a little lacking. I beat the game within 3 days over the holiday, and I honestly can't say I will probably play it over again.

don't call me a newb, Ive been playing since the ones, but this game's difficulty level makes coming from work and trying to have a good time impossible

This game is fun but it's so very hard. Just the beginning level I had to play about a million times. Once you get the hang of it, it'll get more fun. Don't lose hope!

Judging from the amount of time my son is glued to his gaming console, and the fact that he can't stop talking about the game. I would say its a good purchase

This game is fun, but it is almost too difficult. It would make for a less stressful game play experience if there were more checkpoints in the game.
